  • BLINDSAVE uses third party tool HOTJAR to record anonymously users behavior on website in order to optimize and ensure best user experience. Users can opt-out of HOTJAR collecting their data on this website;
  • Details of the fulfillment of the customers’ requests;
  • Details of the customers’ visits to the Website including, but not limited to, location data, weblogs, other communication data and the resources that are accessed by the customers.

IP Addresses

BLINDSAVE may collect information for system administration about the customer’s computer, including, where it is available, IP address, operating system and browser type. This is statistical data about the Website users’ browsing actions and patterns and does not identify any individual.

The Website uses cookies to distinguish the customer from other users of the Website. This helps to provide the customer with a good experience, when browsing the Website, and also allows BLINDSAVE to improve the Website.

Storage of Customers’ Personal Data

All information provided by the customers to BLINDSAVE is stored on BLINDSAVE secure servers. The law gives the customer the right to access information held about them. The customer’s right of access can be exercised in accordance with the law.
